I came to Lexus of Watertown after having a very bad experience at another Lexus dealership. I had originally decided not to buy the car I really wanted due to my previous experience, but decided to come to Watertown as a 'last effort' due to the reviews on this site. Tony and Randy were great. I didn't feel as though I was being played...no cheesy sales lines...no secret meetings or hiding of information. I had done quite a bit of research and knew what I wanted for a sales price, which LoW met. Also, I asked for a full breakdown of the cost to own the car up to 120 miles (cost of all recommended scheduled maintenance as well as cost of tires/oil changes/etc). All of this information was waiting for me when I arrived. Although, I continue to agree with the masses that Lexus is an expensive car to own - and you would expect more maintenance included with a new purchase with the prestige of 'Lexus'- Randy and Tony did all they could to ease my concerns. As a result, I did purchase the car....a 2013 CT hybrid. My only disappointment was a lower than expected offering for my trade-in. I had been in a minor accident with the car that did show up on the carfax, and as a result, the offered amount was significantly below the kbb value. Still, I would recommend Tony & Randy to any friend currently in the market for a Lexus.

I dealt with Jason, he was very professional in finding the right car for me. He put me on a test drive and did not pressure me at all. He was very patient and allowed me to go at my own pace which is a rare thing for car dealerships. I will absolutely go back to him once my lease is up.

I purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus ES350 and I was very pleased with my sales associate as well as the dealership. The process was very smooth. I came with 3 cars I had in mind, all three were available and I was able to purchase one of them. I will definitely return for future purchases..

I recommend purchasing the platinum warranty, especially for anyone buying a pre certified owns vehicle. The interactions between the salespeople and myself have always been pleasant and productive. The service managers truly go above and beyond in order to assist their customers. They truly AIM to PLEASE me (their customer)!

Extremely friendly staff. The Lexus of Norwood is closer to me but I travel the distance just for Lexus of Watertown. Their service and facility is THAT good.

My car was getting a little too old so I told Tanya Savas, a saleswomen at Lexus of Watertown's Pre-Owned department, what I was looking for. She found exactly what I wanted, a low mileage Lexus Rx450h. I saw the car one day and drove it home the next. I was surprised at the simplicity and efficiency of the purchase process. I definitely recommend Lexus of Watertown for a new or pre-owned car. The service is great, too.

This dealership is really top notch! It was extremely busy last week and the general sales manager, Michael O'Connell personally took my into his office and worked out an entire lease on a 2012 IS250. I could tell he was extremely busy, but stepped up to the plate in a big way! I would definitely recommend Lexus of Watertown!

Last week, I bought two new IS 250's from Lexus of Watertown in two hours. Folks, this is the easiest dealer to work with that you'll ever find. The price was bare bones and the service and attention to detail top notch. These people will do anything for you. No is not in their vocabulary. Got a new 2013 ES 350 and the experience was with out a doubt the best i've ever had with a car dealership, and alot of it has to do with my sales person. Jaqui made the process of buying the car painless,even when negotiating price.she is very knowledgable with the car and took the time to explain options and there functions.

I would definately suggest requesting her as your Sales Person. I would also like to thank Kevin Smith for also making the finance processan easy one he to took the time to explain the details and made sure i understood everything.

We worked with a sales person named George. From the time we walked in the door to the time we picked up the car, George was everything you would expect in a great sales person and more. He was very helpful in picking the car that was right for us. He did not pressure us into buying options or accessory that we did not need. We got the car that we exactly needed. The dealer is beautiful. We love the great high ceilings, and the marble floors, you would expect only the best. One of the most convient things about this dealership was that service and sales are connected. You get to enjoy a snack while your car is being serviced, at the same time you can look for the newer model. Did I tell you about the free carwash for life! Once you buy your car here, you get free car wash for life.'

Great service from Bobby Chung! He introduced me to a new Lexus and I had purchased it. He provided excellent knowledge about the cars and answered every question I had. Me and my wife love the car. He took the time to answer all the questions I had I will recommend anybody visiting Lexus of Watertown to try to ask for him. Great guy and great experience. I didn't end up buying the car their because I managed to get a crazy good deal on a demo car at another dealer but I will definitely go back there for services and my next lexus!
