Business Development Opening:

Lexus of Watertown is expanding our Business Development Center and looking for a friendly, high energy, telephone/internet sales professional with a great attitude and verbal skills. You will be extensively trained using industry leading tools to answer customer questions and schedule appointments to visit our auto dealership. Additionally, you will be responsible for outbound follow up calls, but absolutely no cold calling or car sales. Strength in both appointment setting and building product value are required.

Candidates should have superior telephone skills, some computer experience, and a friendly and energetic personality. Prior experience in the automotive industry is not required, but useful. Product knowledge and training will be provided.

Qualifications
• Successful candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer proficiency, ability to learn and an exceptional telephone manner are required.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Must be able to work some weekends, some evenings, and be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
